I had the same with 9.10 final.
Tried to install Kubuntu 64bit from desktop image on usb flash (created with usb-creator). When the actual installation (or partitioning, what would I know..) starts, I get the same message.
Sorry, couldn't attach other files, I couldn't open a file manager to find the files nor konqueror to create a bugrep..
