LiveCD Installer crashes on manual Partition Table edition

Bug Description

I was trying to install Kubuntu in my hard drive disk, in a new prepared partition scheme doing with qt-parted befor running the livecd installer.
The partition layout was:
hda1 15.0GB NTFS already ocupied
hda2 15.0GB ext3 formated
hda3 8.5GB ext3 formated
hda4 1.0GB swap formated

And the traceback error was:

This is a duplicate of bug #43125, which is fixed in the latest daily builds (but not in flight 7).
