Installer crashed (Kubuntu - Flight 7) on "manually edit partition table"

Bug Description

Completely and constantly reproducible.

After starting the install program on Kubuntu (Dapper - Flight 7), I follow the menus making my selection from screen to screen until step 6, where I choose the option "Manually edit partition table" and click next. Immediately is a new window with the header "Installer crashed <2>" and the heading inside the window also reading "Installer Crashed" along with the following output:

Thanks for your report. This is also bug 43125; current daily builds (http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/kubuntu/daily-live/current/) contain the fix.
