Bug Description

I clicked to "Manually Edit Partition Table" in the Dapper 7 installer and got this crash:

=================
This bug is recurring.

Then clicking on the report bug url loaded konqueror to the webpage on the first crash, however, after trying to install and crash again, clicking on that url does not load konqueror. It tries to run it and shows the icon feedback indicator, but konqueror is not opened ever again.
