Bug Description
Binary package hint: ubiquity
I feel this interface should not be asking me for logon details etc, since by the nature of the problem I will be annoyed at the process crashing.
I'm specfically referring to the live installer, since it is highly likely the user will not have the information cached/to hand.
No doubt you will miss 90% of the crashes, since this is annoying someone further and they will abandon the report.
I add this to the ticket in the spirit of providing a better user experience than that other operating system. :)
