Bug Description
Installation of Dapper on a Dell Inspiron 630M on an external USB harddisk and with an external screen Samsung Syncmaster 204 B connected.
The live CD started with 640x480 (even when I set 1600x1200 before) and the autodetection of the screen with dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xstart failed.
The installation went almost well (Breezy installation failed before) with one exception:
The window size of the espresso installer seems to be larger than 640x480 so the buttons are not inside the visible screen and I have to move the Espresso windows all the time before I could make my inputs.
Proposal: Please, try to restrict the espresso window size to 640x480.
