Bug Description

My disk has two partitions, / and /home. When I was installing Karmic alpha 3 I wanted to format / and use (but not format) /home. I do this by manual partitioning.

The problem is that I can set the dialog pulldowns to an inconsistent state without any blurring. For instance I can select "format as" and change it from "do not use" to "ext3", but not check the format box (the partition is ext4).

Instead I suggest reordering the boxes - the mount point is more important than the filesystem type, so put that first and put the "do not use" there. Then I click do not use and change it to /home. The "filesystem type" should then be grayed out (defaulting to its current filesystem) unless I check the format button.

So: currently:

Filesystem: (do not use) -> (ext4)
Format? (unchecked) -> (checked)
Mount point: (empty) -> (/home)

Proposed:

Mount point: (do not use) -> (/home)
Format? (unchecked) -> (checked)
Filesystem: (current) -> (new filesystem only if format is checked)
