ubiquity crashed with InstallStepError in configure_user()

Binary package hint: ubiquity

what i did here was copying my 'home' directory into a new partition and setting it up as /home partition.
should that be the problem? a similar ticket came up from a person who tried to keep his home configurations!

will now try clearing up the /home partition and then installing!
