Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubiquity

All I know is that the install went fine. I did not format the hard drive as I was doing an upgrade. My previous Ubuntu system became unbootable - all hard drive test passed - and I did a new install keeping my user configurations intact. It failed by Grub not being able to write to HD0.
