Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubiquity

Install from Ubuntu Mobile RC image. Started ubiquity. Selected 日本語 as the install language. Clicked the button labeled "Forward" in English. Was offered the map to select location, with the default set to America/New_York. I was expecting Japan/Something (it's all the same now, so any city works. Tokyo is the most populous, although Osaka has a larger Ubuntu concentration).
