Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubiquity

It is probably a good idea to give a recommendation warning in the installer if you have less than a specified amount (but more than the minimum) of free disk space for installation. You can install ubuntu on systems with 2,3gb of free space, but if you want to install any additional programs you will quickly run into trouble. So I would suggest recommending e.g. at least 4gb of free disk space.

Colin, what are your thoughts on increasing "rootfudge" in partman/check.d/03_partition_too_small to 1GB?

ubiquity/partition-too-small is worded in a pretty absolute fashion. Perhaps we should have two levels here, one set to approximately the current 200MB which produces ubiquity/partition-too-small, and a new one at (say) 1GB that produces a message that looks more like a warning.
