Ubuntu Intrepid alpha 4 live CD
1. Start the installer.
2. Choose "Quit" in the main installer window.
3. Choose "Quit" in the confirmation alert.
4. Since nothing has happened, choose "Quit" again in the main installer window.
What happens: Crash.
