During the Installation (of Ubuntu 8.04) you can select the City your computer is stationed in. This is good. But the way to select the City sucks. You have to scroll through a very long list of Cities sorted by continent.
It would be great if this could be improved. Maybe you could add an input-field with autocompletion and/or you could select the country, too and thus narrowing down the list of Cities. |
