Binary package hint: ubiquity
When you install Ubuntu 8.04 LTS on a machine without Internet access, repositories are not properly configured.
Expected behavior:
Internet repositories are off, CD-ROM repository is on.
Actual behavior:
Internet repositories are on, CD-ROM repository is off.

"Software sources" status after installing Ubuntu on a computer without Internet access. The Internet repositories are enabled, and the CD-ROM is disabled. This is incorrect, because the user can't install any package using this configuration, and he/she must setup the software sources manually after the Ubuntu installation.
