clock-setup wrongly shifts time during Wubi install

Bug Description

During a Wubi install (Hardy RC), clock-setup changes my clock. When I reboot in Windows, the time is shifter by -2.5 hours.

My timezone is EDT.

Might be wubi if the tz in the preseed is wrong.
JcMarco, can you pls post c:\ubuntu\install\custom-installation\preseed.cfg (before rebooting from a fresh wubi installer). And also %temp%\Wubi*.log

Please check the timezone there against yours.

All of those are from a fresh install. Attached is my timezone setting.
