I tried to install 18.04 from bootable USB drive but it's ending with crash report

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.

Please note that Ubuntu 18.04 (bionic) reached end-of-standard-support on May 31, 2023. You should only install supported releases of Ubuntu. See this document for currently supported Ubuntu releases: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Releases

I'm closing this report as being invalid but should you encounter any problems while installing a supported release please create a new bug report so that appropriate logs for that release are attached to the new bug report.

I can't promise that this is your problem but it looks like trouble:
