[kde] When the 'continue' button is cliced twice while package installation, the installer crashes

Bug Description

Ubiquity crashes while the 'continue' button is clicked twice, but the installation continues to proceed. IN the end, after displaying the 'Copying installation logs' at 97% there is no activity and after pressing 'close' button in the 'Installation Crashed' window, the installation windows is closed.
