Install crashed during OEM installation (xubuntu minimal)

Bug Description

During an OEM install on Xubuntu Minimal 20230329.1, the installer crashed. QEMU/KVM in virt-manager.

For those reviewing the logs... after the crash, I installed the firefox snap to report the issue.

I was able to reproduce the issue today on Xubuntu Minimal 2023-04-14. I also tested with Xubuntu 2023-04-14 and was not able to reproduce the issue. Same VM configuration for both:

- GNOME Boxes 44.1
- 16 CPUs
- 4.0 GiB Memory
- 25.0 GiB Disk

It seems unlikely to be a hardware issue. Any other leads?
