Welcome screen hangs in 23.04.

I'm following this testcase: http://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker/testcases/1758/info
I'm using this iso: http://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker/milestones/441/builds/273101/testcases
I'm running the installation in Virutalbox

[ Expectation ]

In the second step of the testcase I can click the continue button in the welcome screen.

[ What is actually happening? ]
The welcome window hangs forever and the continue button remains greyed out.
I've waited ~ 5 min.

[ Workaround ]
* Close the window
* Start install Ubuntu a second time
* This will bring me directly to the Welcome window where I'm able to select my langue.
* Continue button is available now

lsb_release -rd
No LSB modules are available.

This actually looks like a screenshot from the new desktop installer which is flutter based and is shipped as a snap.

Closing that ubuntu-desktop-installer report since the component is deprecated. We aren't going to fix 23.10 installer bugs at this point and Noble uses ubuntu-desktop-provision, feel free to reopen/reassign to that component if that's still an issue with the noble beta image
