Bug Description
I tried two downloads of ubuntu, everything goes well until it gets past time zone and begins full blown install. The process is to erase ubuntu and reinstall side by side with win10. I downloaded ubuntu directly from ubuntu site of desk top personal use. It stops in same place (third attempt) when error message pops up. I've recently did a reinstall of win 10 so that is fresh, I'd successfully install mint as well as ubuntu previously on this same laptop and three older lap tops the past ten years. Never had this happen before.
