Impossible to click on Zurich because it's near Vaduz on the map

Bug Description
Since the new map has been introduced in hardy, Swiss users cannot select Zurich by clicking on the map because it's near Vaduz and Vaduz is selected even when clicking on the right dot on the map (because they touch eachother)

Is this a problem in the final release of 8.04? I cannot reproduce it here.
