Bug Description
Well, the installer just crashed on manual disk setup, after setting the entire hard disk to "physical volume for encryption" and clicking in there to actually configure the thing. Maybe it crashed because the disk contained a LVM before which I dd'd away (100M/count=1), since the installer does not let me remove LVMs in the first place. Maybe I'm doing it wrong and setting up an encrypted LVM configuration is actually much easier, who knows...it's been exactly ten years with this installation of Ubuntu, und I thought a fresh (cubic customized) install on a new machine would be a breeze. Apparently it's still bugged right from the start?
