Bug Description

My Xubuntu 22.04 failed to completely boot. I was unable to recover so I tried a reinstall without reformatting the "/" BTRFS partition hoping it would preserve at least some of my previous install. The reinstall failed while installing the ubiquity package. I cannot attach the log files as it is in the process of installing and the file system is unavailable.
