installer crush after partitions

Bug Description

Good day guys, simply my problem occurs after I finish distributing my partitions, it occurs specifically during choosing my time zone from the map, a window suddenly pop up assuming the occurance of a crash.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.

I'd check the health of your drive & it's partition table (and file-systems enclosed on it). In the logs you'll find the following
