The cron jobs that build the dailies stagger the various flavours at
different times across the day. i.e. xubuntu is about 2am, kubuntu 5am
(ish), ubuntu 8am etc.....

The fixed ubiquity did not hit the release pocket until about 3am on the
24th, so the xubuntu build that day would have just missed picking it up.
