Installer Crashed (kubuntu 22.04 - 2021-11-13)

Selected manual install on a GPT partition table w/ no EFI partition

installer looked to hang thought it was done cause i was not watching it and tried clicking a few things in it and resizing the window when it crashed

before stating the installed i changed some of the panel/widget layouts
