During install, panel content is missing

During install, there is nothing in the panel, no wifi icon, nothing at all

Maybe worth mentioning that this did not happen on any of the previous spins of 21.10.

The OP is referring to the ubiquity-dm panel showing the ubuntu indicators battery, keyboard and network.

The OP has separately confirmed that booting into the live session, budgie panel is OK.

The issue has occurred between the 22nd Sept build where is was OK and the 23rd Sept build where the ubiquity-dm panel didn't show the indicators
