Bug Description

i had a 20.04 installation on an sd card. tried to upgrade it to 21.04, but it failed and made system unable to boot. i wanted to reinstall 21.04 from scratch, then this error(?) happened. sd card is fine and has no physical errors(since it's not that old and i checked it)
