Bug Description
Summary:
When installing Kubuntu, the password inputs don't appear when choosing "physical volume for encryption". After creating the partition, the password inputs also don't show, making impossible to install Kubuntu with manual encryption. After a while, an error appears: "unable to create the keyfile".
Steps to reproduce:
1. In the Kubuntu installer, create a partition and choose "physical volume for encryption".
Expected results:
The password inputs should appear, just like in Ubuntu installer.
