Bug Description
Ubuntu hirsute daily QA-test install onto single partition (/dev/sda1) using whole disk.
old c2d BIOS box
- hp dc7700 (c2d-e6320, 5gb, nvidia quadro nvs 290)
This is related to https:/
but different install partitions. In this case the disk was EMPTY (80gb) and install attempted onto a 'clean' disk
(same cause I believe; out of disk space because it's trying to write I think to installation media; see first comment or my thoughts on 1923134)

but only 12% of SDA1 is used; it's a clean disk with only this install on it.
