Actually the build passes with proposed enabled but I didn't identify which component makes it pass.
The error is due to the mock of the 'ip' command not being found during the test. On a real machine it finds the installed version of 'ip' but in the builder this command is not installed. Besides, locally the test fails because the name of the interface is eno1 and different from the value eth0 expected by the test.
