Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.

I see the following in your logs

Nov 29 23:17:07 ubuntu-studio ubiquity: Processing triggers for hicolor-icon-theme (0.17-2) ...#015
Nov 29 23:17:07 ubuntu-studio ubiquity: Processing triggers for libc-bin (2.31-0ubuntu9) ...#015

Nov 29 23:17:08 ubuntu-studio kernel: [ 1502.994533] EXT4-fs error (device sda2):

ie. problems wth device sda were encountered. I'd suggest checking the health of your drive (using it's SMART, https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Smartmontools), maybe running `badblocks` etc.

Maybe seeking support may help, as it appears to be hardware issue to me in a quick look. To explore this I'll suggest https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu. You can also find help with your problem in the support forum of your local Ubuntu community http://loco.ubuntu.com/ or asking at https://askubuntu.com or https://ubuntuforums.org, or for more support options please look at https://discourse.ubuntu.com/t/community-support/709
