I see squashfs errors -

Your system is reported to have passed it's md5scan "CasperMD5Check Result: pass", however if the device/hardware/VM you are using has insufficient ram for the setup, squashfs errors have occurred before. Providing more RAM *may* fix the issue.
Squashfs errors are usually faulty installation media (bad ISO or given the pass, flaky/bad write to media, or failing installation media holding the expanded ISO). I would re-check that.
