Bug Description
I was installing ubuntu 18.04 on my dell laptop after I live booted my USB and gave try ubuntu. while installing ubuntu I came after this problem saying,"ubi-partman failed with exit code 10".

FYI: Currently your install media is unknown (there are a number of 18.04 ISOs available), given your install failed, your should run the `apport-collect` from the live media you tried install with, and on hardware you tried to install to.
