I was trying to install the 20.04.1 LTS, last week I installed the 20.04 LTS version on a similar laptop (also Lenovo Ideapad) and it worked very well. The 20.04.1 is not finding Windows 10 in a separate partition. I guess is a bug on 20.04.1.
