Bug Description

Crash happens every time I attempt a fresh install of 20.04 on VirtualBox inside Windows10.

I've also gotten the following error:

The installer encountered an error copying files to the hard disk:
[Errno 5] Input/output error
This is often due to a faulty CD/DVD...

HyperV is not enabled in Windows

I've tried changing the drive between fixed/dynamic as well.
