Bug Description

I'm trying to reinstall a Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Carbon (gen2). I've had 18.04LTS running on here for months, but want to redo it with ZFS, so this was a new installation. The installer ran fine until after confirming details then it reported a crash and generated this report.
