install fresh version of Ubuntu 20.04 over Pop-os install with ZFS

It seems that installation failed because some partitions were already mounted

May 4 14:11:11 ubuntu ubiquity: This disk is currently in use - repartitioning is probably a bad idea.
May 4 14:11:11 ubuntu ubiquity: Umount all file systems, and swapoff all swap partitions on this disk.
May 4 14:11:11 ubuntu ubiquity: Use the --no-reread flag to suppress this check.

Could you please try again, and ensure all the partitions are unmounted before launching the installer?

I was able to complete the installation after ensuring they were not
mounted.    It appears the installer was able to delete the partitions,
because when I rebooted, the drive I had selected had only the boot/efi
partition (and maybe one other?)
