LVM selection should create separate home lv or manual partition should have lvm as partition option

Bug Description

It's a pitty, that i can't create a LVM partition manuelly at the Installation.
It would be great if i could create a seperated /home Directory.

Request to create separate home logical volume or allow manual LVM in Ubiquity. Currently it only creates root and swap logical volumes when LVM option is selected for automated installation type. When manual partitioning is selected, there is no LVM option unlike in Debian installer.
