Bug Description
I recently was unable to complete an install from a flawed CD-R with an invalid localizations deb. This shouldn't have blocked the installation - If you have enough to boot and pull down an updated build, do just that. If it's not the kernel, init, apt/dpkg, or a handful of other packages in the base system (not even the entire base), you should be able to pick up where the installer left off on first boot. Error catching doesn't just mean "die when a checksum is bad, after already formating and writing to the new partition" - Adapt.
