Bug Description
Loaded kubuntu beta 19.04 onto two X64 computers... After loading XFCE4 and switching to use it, XFCE4 was unable to find its defaults for email, browser etc. Found that libexo-1-0 was not loaded with XFCE4 from the 19.04 beta. After installing libexo-1-0, everything worked fine. Seems to be a packaging error with kubuntu 19.04 Problem occurred on both computers.
