2019-02-15 23:10:20 Dan description Installation of Ubuntu 19.04 (disco-desktop-amd64.iso, daily build 2019-02-03 10:50) hangs for around 20 minutes, between the Disk Setup and the Timezone step. This happens regardless of whether having clicked to install straight away, or from a live desktop session. From a live desktop session, the journal shows the following error (datetime obviously changes) which loops continuously for the duration of the installation 'hang': Feb 15 22:18:19 kubuntu kernel: NVRM: No NVIDIA graphics adapter probed! Feb 15 22:18:19 kubuntu kernel: nvidia-nvlink: Unregistered the Nvlink Core, major device number 237 Feb 15 22:18:19 kubuntu systemd-udevd[17889]: Process '/sbin/modprobe nvidia-uvm' failed with exit code 1.
