Bug Description
install of lubuntu 18.04.1 (x86) over lubuntu 18.10 (x86_64)
something else install
/dev/sda6 / (no format)
/dev/sda7 /home (no format)
the /home was fedora, but / was formatted clean for 18.04 install for test (but I installed wrong arch), it was then upgraded to 18.10. It was not formatted for this x86 install. /home was not formatted, so fedora became ubuntu 18.04 then 18.10 ..
last line of dmesg shows
[ 1203.811831] perf: interrupt took too long (3943 > 3920), lowering kernel.
but other lines contain errors, so attached
(journalctl to be attached next)
