dual Ubuntu 18.04 with Window 8.1 failed

Bug Description

Ubuntu 18.04 failed. It's has something to do with EFI, grub-efi-amd64-signed and linux-generic was incorperated in boot-repair, but it comes again when I'm restart.

+ the installer crashed when I wanna go in with the testing.

The bug is solved. I had 2 Ubuntu EFI's when I restart Ubuntu. I think that this had to do when I putting on 14.04 with the WUB installer. So, I formatted the USB and set only the 18.04 and installer on it, and wallah...
