installation ubuntu 18.10 beta crashes after commit partitionning.

Bug Description

Install ubuntu 18.10 on uefi system side by side with windows 10 in place where ubuntu 18.04 resides before crashed after changes in partitions was accepted. At this moment I don't know if some changes in system was made already.

You probably had a bad write to your media and your subsequent write to media was probably a "good" one.

Should you have such a problem in the future please try the option to check the integrity of the image from the installer boot menu, and if this confirms that the media is corrupt, try re-writing it.
