Bug Description
I'm not really sure what is triggering the issue. I've tried to update Ubiquity to the latest available version, but still cannot start the installation. Without updating Ubiquity, I cannot ever start the installer.
I found that people with HiPDI monitors ― I have a HP 23.8-inch FHD IPS VH240a ― had issues while trying to install 18.04 and solved them setting the Monitor scaling to 100%. This setting is already at 100% on my system.
If this might help, this is the hardware on my desktop:
Intel i7-8700K
Asus Rog Strix Z370-E
MSI GTX 1080 8GB
Corsair 2x16GB DDR4 3200
