Bug Description

Had previously installed 18.04 LTS but couldn't log into it because I wasn't prompted to give the password for the encrypted disk. So I chose to re-install from the same image on the USB, but this install crashed after warning me that it might crash and damage the install.

The screen presented to me now does not have any tools like Files for me to include any debugging information.
