installer crashed out after clicking continue on setting time & date during a fresh install from a DVD, which is working fine on other machines

Bug Description

I was installing a fresh OS from DVD, as I clicked continue after setting zone, it said installer crashed & gave me 3 options, 1.cancel,2.try again,3. continue anyway. I chose to try again and again I got another message says installer crashed
