Could not install Ubuntu on Dell PowerEdge 2900

Bug Description
Whilst trying to install Ubuntu. We received an error that mentioned the application could not execute the formatting.
We chose to wipe and install with LVM

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. We noticed that you were installing the LTS version of Ubuntu using an older version of the installation media.
