Bug Description

I have filed 1766056 which possibly is a related bug, but after the respin I get a new message:

First it changes to a terminal screen and asks me to remove the installation medium and then hit return, which is new. When I follow those directions, I get the error on a black screen:

[ 1540.665054] usb usb3-port1: cannot disable (err = -32)

I will attach a photo from my phone if necessary.
